Agreement in Principal Reached with Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Nebraska
TAC Air, a division of Truman Arnold Companies, has reached an agreement in principal with the Omaha Airport Authority to construct a new state-of-the-art Customs & Border Protection (CBP) facility adjacent to the fixed base operator’s executive terminal. Construction of the new 2,200 square foot facility is scheduled for completion mid to late 2014.
“The location of this new customs facility will allow seamless ground handling for international arrivals into Omaha,” according to TAC Air OMA General Manager Mike Wilwerding.
TAC Air has been providing fixed base operation, ground handling, hangar, and fueling services at OMA for military, commercial airlines and general aviation since 1998. While operating at OMA, TAC Air has twice been named “#1 Large FBO Chain,” as well as “Best Line Service” and “Best Value” by the readers of Professional Pilot magazine, and has also received numerous awards from the Employer Support of the Guard And Reserve for veteran employment.
