Excellent service! I had a couple of minor maintenance issues and when a borrowed pair of pliers wouldn’t do the job they helped me get in touch with HORIZON AVIONICS who made a quick repair (FOR FREE!). A lineman let me know that I could save 80 cents a gallon by self serve fueling. The next morning they were very busy. At 24 degrees and I needed to preheat my engines so they towed me over to where I could plug in. I mentioned to the lineman that I had a new door seal and might need his help to latch the door. He came over to the self serve pump to make sure I got the door closed. Even though they were clearly very busy I always felt like they were anxious to meet my needs every bit as much as any of their other customers. They were always polite, friendly and helpful. They have certainly earned my loyalty and I’ll be going to TAC Air at their other locations.
